Website Relaunch

Uservoice is a UK charity that supports service users after their release to re-engage in society and reduce the likelihood of reoffending. As part of a full website re-launch in 2020 we were asked to produce a series of short explainers to help educate people about Uservoice and share stories from their community.

As part of the series of videos, Uservoice wanted to show how the charity works in partnership with local authorities and councils to bring about real and lasting change to the services provided, both during and after an order.

Uservoice also wanted to show how their approach is different to other organisations and charity, and emphasise that the Uservoice community is made almost entirely made up of ex-service users who understand the challenges faced by those coming off an order.
